What we measure

With your permission, tokrl.com records page views and a few actions: opening a page, using an app’s Download button and joining an app’s waitlist. Each record has the page address, the page title, the app concerned and campaign details from the link you arrived through, such as utm_source. It also carries the browser and device details any web request includes, and approximate location derived from your IP address by the providers below.

We do not record what you type, form contents, your email address or any other personal details in these records, and we do not use them to identify you or to make decisions about you.

Your choice

Nothing is measured until you choose Accept all in the banner. If you choose Reject non-essential, no analytics script is loaded. Your choice is remembered in your browser (as the value tokrl-analytics-consent in local storage) and you can change it at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and removes the analytics cookies.

Browsers that identify themselves as automated are never measured.

Cookie settings

Providers

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 measure acquisition: where visitors come from and which pages they open. They run only after you accept and may set cookies (_ga and _ga_*). Google processes this data under its own terms.

PostHog (EU Cloud, hosted in the European Union) measures product behavior such as the path from an app page to its Download button. It is used anonymously: it sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser, and we do not identify visitors. Session recording, advertising and cross-site tracking are not used.

Retention

Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and PostHog data for up to 12 months. They may be deleted sooner when no longer needed.

Waitlists

If you join an app’s waitlist, your email address is sent to Ignite Day, the waitlist service, and is used only to tell you when the app is ready. It is not part of any analytics record.

Hosting

tokrl.com is hosted on Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront), which handles the technical data of each request, such as your IP address, to deliver the site. We do not enable access logging today.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when the site’s tracking changes. The latest version is always at https://tokrl.com/privacy/.
